An international real estate development group, The Next Group, is set to establish a mixed-use property at Tatu City. The company, based in Georgia and known for its high-end properties across various countries, will develop a “Live, Work, and Play” community, incorporating commercial, residential, and educational facilities, among other amenities.
Welcoming the project, Tatu City’s SEZ Operations Manager, Thomas Mwaengo, stated, “Next brings global expertise from their developments in Georgia, Dubai, and other regions, incorporating best practices that will help transfer valuable knowledge locally.”
The development, named Next Amani, promises a range of lifestyle-enhancing features. According to Next’s Project Manager, Tatia Kakhidze, “Next Amani provides everything needed for a comfortable lifestyle—outdoor swimming pools, fitness centers, beautiful gardens, restaurants, and commercial spaces. It offers a peaceful, secure environment for homebuyers.”
The project is expected to add significant value to Tatu City’s growing community.
